Don't lose the weight but leave it. What exactly douse this phrase mean? Here are a few lines from the popular e-book(link below) "Don't lose the weight but leave it". Many people will try all source of diet programs and diet pills and everything els that you can think of. From my experiences There are allot of good diet sources out on the market today, at the same time there are some really bad ones for you as well. That's why you have to understand your body and your mind together. Losing weight has just as much to do with your thought process than your physical weight. There are so many people that have lost allot of weight in a short amount of time only to gain it back very quickly. Have you notice that loosing the weight can be a challenge for allot of people? but keeping it off is even more challenging. The reason why you have this recurrence is because the body lost the weight, but the mind didn't know it. This is the reason why I named this hub "don't lose the weight,but leave it. Gaining weight is only the symptom of whats really going on inside of you. The body follows the mind, because the body can not live without the mind. I'm sure you have heard the saying, "you are what you eat" This statement is not true because you are not what you eat, you are what you think. The bible say" what ever a man thinks in his heart, so is he" Your mind control the way you look at things,how you look at things and even how you feel about yourself. Many people gain weight because of depression,loneliness,hurt,pain,stress,and even a medical condition. So why only choose to look at the physical part of dieting, when the real problem lies much deeper inside. The way to lose weight and keep it of must start by the way you feel about yourself. You have to understand that loving yourself is a big challenge, and when you learn to love yourself you will learn to take care of your body. Why? because you are happier with who you are and happy with your life. When the body receive signals from the brain it reacts, so when the body is receiving joy and peace from the brain it reacts in a positive way. Its not what will go inside of a person that defiles them, its what come out of a person that defiles him. Such things as negativity,complaining,hate,lie's,talking down to people to make yourself feel better. Have you notice that when someone is very hateful to people they are always depressed about something. Their body reacts negatively in a way that even they themselves have not noticed it. Some of the happiest people are very healthy people. So in your journey to lose weight, please keep in mind that you can't treat the symptoms and not treat the cause. Get rid of all the negativity from your life, stop looking at people in a negative way,don't be so quick to judge others and you wont judge yourself so harshly. Be kind to others, have a better look on life and hope for the best instead of the worse. Love God and all that he has created, I'm sure you will see that there is more than meet the eye. In doing these things your mind will transform its way of thinking, and will give you a lighter spirit which will help you in your daily diet. Lets look at some basic reasons why people may gain weight again after loosing it.

Your health is not a temporary deal to make you feel better about yourself. Your health is the underlining symptoms of the way you think about yourself. Its just like someone who have the common cold, when they are sick they eat the necessary food to bring their body back to health again,but after they are feeling better they start to eat those foods that got them sick. Its the mental way of saying that health is temporary to your overall life when it is the symptom of your life. What I like to tell people that the reason why so many people find it hard to quit smoking is because their focus is in the wrong place, your focus should not be on the cigarette but on the desire for it. If you can kill the desire to smoke then you have broken the strong hold that it has on your life.
