Easy ways to lose weight.
Easy ways? I'm tired of all those programs that promises great results and never really give you the support that you need. Don't get me wrong, there are allot of good programs out there that you can choose from, but why choose a program that is focused on medications and nothing natural that the body can work with.The body work best when you give it what it need. Follow these simple steps and you will be on your way to better health.
#1. A morning jog or walk (treadmill) is a great way to get your body juices flowing. Exercise is the most important thing you can do when it come to dieting. It will help open the arteries with oxygen and get the blood pumping to the heart. Most people under estimate this step, but it will help relieve stress and get the body ready to function at its best. Therefore making it easier to lose weight.
#2.Take your morning shower because you don't want to go to work with a smell. Whole grain is a very important part of your diet to loosing weight. I have found that a bowl of oatmeal is a very effective way to have a healthy breakfast. It's low in saturated fat, and helps reduce cholesterol. The reason why it is so effective is because it will help your body digest better, and it's a good source of whole grain and fiber. A great way to start.
#3.During your work day, take the stairs to go to the break room instead of the elevator. Now I understand not everyone is able to do this but if your break area is only 1-3 floors down, it will be a great way of exercise. Most people don't get enough exercise through the work week. They drive to work and sit at the desk all day only to then drive home and sit all evening in front of the TV before going to bed.The body was built to move. So take the time to move it if you want to lose weight.
#4.Stay away from fast food places. It's high in fat and high in cholesterol. Drink plenty of water (8 glasses) throughout the day. Stay away from allot of starch, you must only eat bread if whole grain. Please do not the regular cheap brand of wheat bread but organic wheat bread. Yes, it cost a little bit higher but in the long run your health will cost you more if you don't. Fruits and veggie are always the best diet.
#5.Now its time for dinner. For your meats, eat fish such as tilapia, and salmon instead of hamburger. For your sides choose green foods such as green beans. Choose water or juice instead of soda or sugary products. And most of all, choose a healthy snack before bed. No cookies, no cake, nothing high in sugar.. Get a blender and mix some fruits with juice together. it is very satisfying which will help your body lose the weight.
#6.This is the last step and may be the most important of all steps. I can't stress this enough. Go to bed at an decent time. You must get 7-8 hours asleep every night. Your body need to reset itself and clear itself of stress. You can't avoid this step. It is a wonder to the whole process to your dieting.
